About the Creator
MassCommNotes was founded by Sarmad Saleem, a Mass Communication educator and lecturer with an interest in journalism, digital media, communication theory, media ethics, and emerging technologies.
Through teaching and academic research, I noticed a common problem: many students encounter Mass Communication as a collection of difficult theories and lengthy definitions when, in reality, many of its ideas can be understood through simple explanations and everyday examples.
MassCommNotes grew from that idea: to make Mass Communication easier to learn, easier to teach, and easier to connect with the real world.
The platform continues to evolve with the media landscape, bringing together academic concepts and contemporary developments in journalism, digital media, communication, and technology.
